Regulatory Disclosures

1. Sustainability-related information

(EU Regulation 2019/2088 – SFDR)
Flumina, acting as a Financial Investment Advisor, integrates sustainability risks—defined in Article 2 of the SFDR Regulation—into its advisory process as far as relevant information is made available by financial product manufacturers.
According to Article 4 of the SFDR, Flumina does not currently consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors. This position is due to the non-discretionary nature of our advisory activity, our company size, and the lack of sufficiently complete and verifiable ESG data.
Client sustainability preferences are collected as part of regulatory client?knowledge requirements. When such preferences are expressed, Flumina strives to propose compatible solutions based solely on information provided by product manufacturers, without guaranteeing full market coverage.
According to Article 5 of the SFDR, Flumina’s remuneration policy is compatible with the integration of sustainability risks and does not create incentives to promote specific environmental or social products.
