Matthieu Létang - President

Matthieu holds a Master’s in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s in Financial Markets (203) from Paris Dauphine University. He has over 20 years of experience in financial markets with deep expertise in management, trading, structuring and optimizationof scarce resources.

He started his career at Société Générale in 2005, developing his expertise across several asset classes before specializing in Equity derivatives, Investment solutions and Financing (Equity Finance).
He subsequently held senior roles within major French and US banks, last one being Global Head of Financing activities within the Equities division and Head of scarce resources management (FRM) at Citibank until 2025.

Matthieu is a recognized expert in the financing market, with a strong understanding of products (cash, derivatives, repos) and investment vehicles (funds, notes, SPVs).
He has supported leading institutional clients and asset managers in designing and executing innovative solutions such as Cash-return strategies, synthetic ETFs and Structured funds (e.g.PEA/Autocalls).

Philippe Sauvageot? - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Philippe holds a Master of Business Administration from Essec Business school. He has about 20 years of experience in financial markets, managing sales teams for financing and investment solutions.
He worked in three major investment banks (BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, and Bank of America) across three major financial centers (New York, London, and Paris), covering a global institutional client base (Asset Managers, Corporates, Insurers, Private Banks, Family Offices…). In his last role, he was Global Head of Financing and Indexing Sales at Crédit Agricole CIB until 2025.

His product expertise goes from collateralized financing solutions (scarce resource management through derivatives, repos, …) to linear indexation (tracking products, ETFs, thematic baskets, …) and non-linear solutions.
